• Starting at $29.95 per month for one or two computers

*Remote assistance/help desk services are available for $20/quarter hour and in the event that a service call is requested, the Service Call charge is waived, a savings of $25.

Maintenance/Help Desk
Designed for the office with a small network (with or without a server).

• Ongoing implementation of Microsoft Updates for workstations and the server
• Ongoing Anti-Virus Updates for all computers on the network
• Hard Drive Maintenance on all computers
• Continuous monitoring of the health of all computers and the server
• Notification of Program Errors
• Monitoring of the computer Event Log
• Monthly network performance reports (if desired)
• One hour of remote support/help desk assistance

Unlimited Maintenance and Remote Support
Designed for the office that wants a fixed price for Maintenance and Support for their entire network. This plan includes all of the features of the Maintenance/Help Desk plan PLUS unlimited remote support/help desk assistance and onsite support if needed for existing equipment. This plan starts at $399 per month.
